C-Type Fin Press Line – An intelligent fin stamping production line that combines decoiler, lubrication, power press, and dual-station fin stacker for continuous, high-speed operation.
Designed for air conditioner heat exchanger fins, it achieves up to 250-300 SPM with precise coil feeding and automatic collection, ensuring high throughput and stable fin quality.
CNC Electric Servo Press Brake – A new-generation servo-driven precision bending machine featuring direct ball-screw transmission, ±0.5° bending accuracy, and energy savings of up to 70% compared with traditional hydraulic press brakes. Ideal for sheet metal parts in heat exchangers and enclosures, it offers quiet, eco-friendly, and maintenance-free operation.
During the exhibition, our equipment drew strong interest from HVAC coil manufacturers, metal fabrication plants, and automation integrators seeking smarter, greener, and more efficient production solutions.
