(1) Equipment composition: It is mainly composed of discharge device, straightening device, primary feeding device, cutting device, secondary feeding device, pipe bending device, table rotating de vice, frame and electric control device.
(2) Working principle:
a. Put the entire coiled tube into the discharge rack, and lead the tube end to the feeding clamp for one-time feeding;
b. Press the start button, the primary feeding device will send the pipe through the cutting device to the secondary feeding clamp. At this time, the one-time feeding clamp returns to its original position and stops working;
c. The secondary feeding clamp starts to work, and the tube is sent into the tube bending wheel to start bending. When bending to a certain length, cut off the tube, and continue to bend until the final bend is completed, and manually take out the bent single piece;
d. Press the start button again, and the machine will repeat the above-mentioned feeding elbow action cyclically.
