Complete Production Line for Micro-Channel Heat Exchangers
First, cut aluminum alloy flat tubes by Microchannel Flat Tube Cutting Machine+Integrated Shrinking Machine and fins by fin forming machine. Punch holes in round tubes to make headers by Header Tube Forming Press header punch machine. Stack flat tubes and fins, install headers via an Micro Channel Coil Assembly Machine. Weld into a core in a vacuum brazing furnace by Continuous Nitrogen Protected Brazing. Clean after welding, Automatic Vacuum Box Helium Leak Detector for leakage test. Finally, perform overall shaping and quality inspection to ensure heat exchange efficiency and tightness.
