Cut and bend the copper tube into shape by Hairpin Bender and Tube Cutting Machine, then use the fin press line to punch the aluminum foil into fins. Next thread the tube, let the copper tube pass through the fin hole, and then expand the tube to make the two fit tightly by vertical expander or horizontal expander. Then weld the copper tube interface, press to check for leaks, assemble the bracket, and package after passing the quality inspection.
